Shipping Policy
Delivery time internationally:
For Non-stop dogwear products shipping is done from European store in Sweden. We use DHL Express for our global orders, which typically arrive within 3-8 business days. This timeframe includes 1-3 days for order processing and an additional 2-5 days for shipping. Once your package is dispatched from our warehouse, DHL will send an SMS detailing your delivery information and chosen delivery method.
Return & Exchange Policy
For Non-Stop Dogwear Products:
We allow returns within 60 days of the purchase date. We are pleased to offer free returns through DHL Express and PostNord. Please note that any items purchased through one of our resellers should be returned directly to them.
Just follow these simple steps:

Prepare the product you're returning for shipment. Ensure it is unused, with original packaging and tags still attached. All components and accessories should be included. Please note that if these requirements are not met, we may only provide a partial refund, or no refund at all.

Visit our return page and follow the outlined instructions: Register your return (international)

Securely pack the product in shipping-friendly packaging. Remember to place the delivery note inside the package.

After sealing the package, attach the return label that we'll send to you via email. If you're reusing the original packaging, ensure the original shipping label is fully covered.

Depending on the initial shipping method, drop the package off at the relevant location. For DHL Express parcels, use the nearest DHL drop-off point. For PostNord parcels, your local post office will do.

Once your return has been registered and approved, we'll send you a confirmation email.

We will refund you as soon as possible, within 30 days of us receiving your returned item. If you don't receive your refund within this timeframe, please reach out to our Customer support team for assistance.
